Inspections are done Monday to Friday during normal business hours. Weekly Service clients receive one evening or weekend inspection per month.

No contracts
We bill all of our services individually or monthly, with no long-term contracts. Fees can be paid by check, credit card or automatic deduction from your bank account. The cost of work performed by vendors and contractors is separate from our service pricing.
Additional services and personal errands
Whether your tasks are personal or business related, we're here to lend a helping hand and tailor our help to your needs, from lawn mowing and stocking the fridge before you arrive to starting up your vehicle now and then, picking up dry cleaning and driving you to and from the airport. Every client is unique, and whatever your request, we'll do our best to accommodate you.
